I did all interviews and wrote the introduction for Dapper Dan’s Harlem, photographed by Ari Marcopoulos. The book is a ‘leather-bound, gold text-embossed bible of Harlem’, with photographs in and around Dap’s atelier, and interviews with Harlem’s most significant cultural figures, including chef Marcus Samuelsson, musicians Jason and Alicia Hall Moran, curator Gavin Brown, author Steve Stoute and Dapper Dan himself.
